Treatment consultation
Our consultations are confidential and complimentary and will be carried out before all our treatments.
Treatment times
The time indicated on the Spa brochure is the time that is spent within the cabin.
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
Cancellation policy
Please allow 24 hours’ notice of cancellation to avoid charges. Cancellations within 12 hours will incur 50% charge. Cancellation within 6 hours or a no show will incur a 100% charge. A credit card number is required at the time of booking.

SPA etiquette
Our spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity, and refrain from cell phone use while in the spa.
The Spa is a smoke free environment. Towels, slippers, robe and amenities will be provided for use during your visit.
On arrival, your therapist will explain the elements of your treatment and advise what items of clothing should be worn during it. During treatments all our therapists are trained to drape you appropriately for privacy. Whilst using the wet spa and any of our holistic experiences, swimming shorts/trunks or costumes should be worn.
SPA arrival
We recommend that you check in at Spa Reception at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows us to have a brief consultation with you about your treatment expectations and also gives you time to visit the spa’s thermal experiences
Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.
Age requirement
The minimum age requirement for access to the spa, wellness and fitness is 16 years old.
Certain treatments are not available to young adults under 16 years of age.
SPA attire
To respect the privacy and comfort of guests of all cultures, we ask that swimming attire is worn at all times throughout all mixed-gender spa bathing and thermal area.
Health conditions
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your treatment when making your spa reservation.
Pregnancy
Please allow the Spa Receptionists to guide you in selecting which treatment is suitable to you.
Loss or damage
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles.
A locker is provided for use during your visit to the Spa. Please keep all valuables locked in your locker during your visit.
Restrictions on the use of facilities
The use of alcohol and tobacco is strictly prohibited.
Proper attire must be worn while exercising.
Sports shoes are required in the fitness centre.
